Hello everyone, so I just uploaded a motivational video. I enjoy reading a lot and I especially like remember quotations from other people, from books, or from movies. These little quotes often stick with me, and sometimes pop up in my head when least expected.

Check out this video, it has a few quotes, which I found to be easy to remember, but powerful.

My favourite is that of M.B Ray: "Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in an eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand, and melting like a snowflake".

 Hello everyone, here is a little bit more information about me, if you were curious to know.

I am currently completing my last year at York University, working towards a degree in Psychology and French Studies. I’m hoping to go on and obtain a college degree in Holistic Nutrition. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading, swimming, cooking and spending time with my family and friends. I also really enjoy listening to and helping others, and hope I can be supportive to the members of this forum.
